To obtain the jubilee indulgence while at the sites, pray in the presence of Jesus in the Eucharistic for a suitable amount of time, concluding with the Our Father, a Profession of Faith (such as the Apostles Creed), and invocations to Mary, the Mother of God (such as the Hail Mary, Hail Holy Queen, or Memorare). Carmel of Mary Monastery, Wahpeton
Aug. 17: The Our Lady of the Prairies pilgrimage. This day includes an outdoor Mass with Bishop Folda, a speaker, rosary walk, confessions, and a meal.
Other times: Chapel doors are open 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. Faithful are welcome to call before their visit at (701) 642-2360 if they’d like to set up a day and time.
Coins: Pilgrimage coins are available in the entry of the chapel.
St. Michael’s Church, Grand Forks
Apr. 16: Tenebrae (Service of Shadows) at 8 p.m. Join St. Michael’s for this ancient prayer service in which we recall our Savior’s Passion and Death. Service starts with lights on and candles lit and as we pray through readings and songs, the lights and candles are slowly extinguished as our Savior is taken from us. It is a great way to prepare for the Triduum.
Apr. 27: Divine Mercy Sunday event begins at 2 p.m. with adoration and includes confessions, chanting the Divine Mercy chaplet, and an ice cream social.
June 11: Outdoor Mass at 5:15 p.m. at Lincoln Park, Grand Forks. Potluck picnic afterwards. (just remember to go to St. Michael’s church for the jubilee indulgence!)
Coins: During the week, go to the parish office Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (close at noon during summer). Or call ahead at (701) 772-2624 or talk to the priest after Mass.

Swedish meatball dinner and a carnival Sunday 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Throughout the weekend, there will be a silent auction, live auction, baking contest, country store, and baked goods sale.

St. Therese the Little Flower Church, Rugby
Adoration: Monday evening 5:45 p.m. to midnight. Tuesday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Other times: Doors are always open.
Coins: Pilgrimage coins are available in the parish office Monday–Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by contacting Fr. Frank Miller. There is a sign on a table at the front entrance of the church with his contact information, pamphlets, and a guest book.
St. James Basilica, Jamestown
Apr. 13: Concert of Hope from 2 to 3 p.m. Opening of the jubilee doors and inauguration concert of our new organ. Children’s choir, Basilica choir, organ and piano solos followed by a charcuterie feast with wine, punch, and coffee.
Apr 25 & 26: Choralaire’s Spring Concert at 7:30 p.m. Jamestown Men’s Choir.
July 27: Celebrate the Feast of St. James and the anniversary of the church becoming a Basilica with a picnic following the 10:30 a.m. Mass.
Aug. 24: Corn Feed fundraiser following the 10:30 a.m. Mass.
