The Sacred Heart Foundation, East Grand Forks MN is seeking an Executive Director to enhance donor relations, increase our endowment, and develop other revenues to further the Foundation’s mission to support Sacred Heart School. The Executive Director will develop and foster relationships with new and existing donors, stakeholders, and community partners, including alumni, businesses and others who may be interested in supporting Catholic education. Under the direction of the Foundation Board, this person will work to establish a robust and engaged donor portfolio and is responsible to plan, organize, and execute major fundraising efforts including securing gifts or donations, and growing the endowment fund. Qualifications: Prefer prior experience in nonprofit development including annual giving, planned giving, and major fundraising project; however related work experience will be considered. Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar software is preferred. This is a full-time benefited position; salary plus incentive plan will be dependent upon experience.
