Hiking Pilgrimage, June 22-25, 2025

Come join us for a 4-day walking/hiking pilgrimage along the North Country Trail, beginning on the Solemnity of Corpus Christi (June 22), Dazey, ND, and ending at Maryvale, Valley City, on June 25, 2025.
Pilgrims will camp overnight on the parish grounds before beginning the Camino (which means, “The Way”) the next morning. The Camino will follow the North Country Scenic Trail all the way to Maryvale outside of Valley City. All meals provided. Not included are camping equipment, tents, etc. There will be transportation of camping equipment to the midway point, Mel Reiman Campground, and then again to Maryvale. Total: 23 miles.
Must be 12 years old or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is $95 per adult, ages 12-17 are $75 per person. There is also an additional fee of $15 for 1/2 of a campsite. There is a limit to 8 people per a full camp site. If you want the whole campsite it is $30. For those who have RVs and can work out moving them, please contact Mary Hanbury for more info. St. Mary's Dazey Corpus Christi Events, Saturday, June 21

St. Mary’s in Dazey has a tradition every year of constructing beautiful altars outside for their Corpus Christi Procession. Bishop Folda will preside at the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Saturday, June 21, with the procession and events to follow.
They have games, food vendors and a lot of fun the whole day.
Those who wish to go and then stay for the Camino the following day, would be able to camp over, or stay at Maryvale retreat center. Please contact Mary for more details on this.
