Seminarian Kade Palmer

Kade Palmer was raised in Portland, North Dakota. He grew up in a Catholic, homeschooling family along with six siblings. Through the example and encouragement of his parents, Kade fell in love with Our Lord and the Church He founded. He was especially drawn toward the lives of the saints and the example of devotion and love that they lived. 

Kade has always felt called to the priesthood and, through prayer and discernment, the call has grown in depth and maturity. As the time to go to seminary drew closer, however, Kade struggled with the thought of leaving his family. For a short time, Kade considered going to college around his home town but through God's grace, prayer, and spiritual direction, he discerned that God was still calling him to seminary. Kade is studying at St. Gregory the Great Seminary in Seward, NE where he has continued to grow in his love for Our Lord and devotion to Our Lady and St. Joseph.
