Mail Setup on phone:

3 things are needed:  Account type = Exchange, Active Sync, or Office 365  (depends on what phone and mail app that you use)   -  Full email address, & Password.   

SMTP / POP3 mail account types are not support.  If adding a new mail account and it is requesting a server address, the wrong mail type was selected.

Mail Setup on a computer:

Outlook 2016 & newer / Office 365 are supported. Use the auto account setup and enter the following:  email address and password. Click next and it will automatically configure your account, then click finish. The built in mail application that comes with windows 8, 8.1 and windows 10 can be used for diocese mail as well.
