Young Disciples Missionary Application

Young Disciples Teams will resume the summer of 2022. 

Thank you for showing interest in becoming a Young Disciples Missionary.  To be considered for the team, please make complete the following steps in the application process.  Applicants must be between ages 18-32, and must not be married.

1. Fill out and complete the online application by clicking the link below
2. Download, print, and complete the background authorization form
3. Find individuals to fill out references on your behalf
   • Two references must come from an Employers/Supervisors, Pastor/Parish Priest, Teacher/Professor, or Youth Minister/DRE 
   • If you are under the age of 21, a third reference must be completed by a parent
